Ben List as "Herbert C. Brown Lecturer" at Purdue University

On April 18, the annual Herbert C. Brown Symposium was held at Purdue University in Indiana in honor of the exceptional chemist and Nobel laureate who had taught there from 1947 as a professor of chemistry. The Herbert C. Brown Symposia are among the most renowned events in the field of chemical synthesis.  The director of the Department of Homogeneous Catalysis participated in the program together with Sarah Reisman, Peter Seeberger and Gregory Fu. His lecture was "Designing Extremely Reactive Acid Catalysts to Solve Challenging Problems in Chemical Synthesis".
