Zhenggang Lan becomes professor at the Qingdao Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences

Zhenggang Lan, theoretical chemist in the department of Walter Thiel, has accepted the position of Full Professor at the Qingdao Institute of Bioenergy and Bioprocess Technology in China. In his recent research, he has focused on theoretical studies of electronically excited states and nonadiabatic dynamics. In his new position, he plans theoretical investigations of excited-state energy transfer, photosynthesis, and photovoltaics.
