MaxPlanckResearch publishes portrait of Ben List with interesting facts on the research work and vita of the Institutes’ Director

The science magazine MaxPlanckResearch features in its first issue of 2017 a portrait of Benjamin List, Director of the Department of Homogeneous Catalysis at the Max-Planck-Institut für Kohlenforschung.

The author of the article, Catarina Pietchmann, was a fellow student of Ben List who wrote her thesis at the same time. She took the latest awarding of the renowned Leibniz prize to Ben List as an occasion to write a portrait of him giving interesting facts on the vita, works and the attitude towards life of the researcher. The (german) article can be found here.

MaxPlanckResearch seeks to keep partners and friends of the Max Planck Society up to date on the latest research conducted at the Max Planck Institutes.

Issue 1/2017 of the MaxPlanckResearch can be found here.
