Martin Klußmann assumes interim professorship in Münster

The next half year will be exciting for Dr. Martin Klußmann: The junior group leader in the Homogeneous Catalysis Department of the Max-Planck-Institut für Kohlenforschung assumes an interim professorship at the University Münster in the winter semester 2015/2016. He substitutes for Professor Frank Glorius, who has been granted a research semester.

Martin Klußmann will lecture the course Organic Chemistry II four times a week, which is part of the bachelor curriculum in chemistry, food chemistry, and teacher training. He will also be in charge of written and oral exams.

Normally Martin Klußmann is associated with the University of Cologne, but he will be relieved from lecturing in Cologne for the winter semester. His work as a junior group leader in Mülheim and his research projects in the Institute continue. Klußmann is a fellow of the Heisenberg Programme. After the interim professorship in Münster he will resume his scholarship.
