Current research interests of the Schüth group

Central field of research of the group are the synthesis and characterization of inorganic materials having a predominant field of use in catalysis. The solids are optimized with respect to certain properties, such as high surface area, catalytic activity, or special optical characteristics, to by optimally adapted to the target application.
