Readers of the Westdeutsche Allgemeine Zeitung visited the Max-Planck-Institut für Kohlenforschung

15 readers of the Westdeutsche Allgemeine Zeitung (WAZ) were selected to visit the Max-Planck-Institut für Kohlenforschung that partcipated this year at the summer campaign "WAZ öffnet Pforten".

Accompanied by a photograph and an editor of the WAZ they visited the laboratories, analytic departments, the library, Lecture Hall Building, server room of the Theory Department and had a splendid view from the 9th floor of the lab building. The group learned about the history and current research topics of the Institute.
