Max Planck Institut für Kohlenforschung participates in Girls’ Day

 

Every year in April technical enterprises, enterprises with technical departments and technical training facilities, universities, and research centres are invited to organise an open day for girls – Girls'Day. And the Max Planck Institut für Kohlenforschung participates.

About 30 Girls from schools in Mülheim and surrounding cities will visit the institute on Thursday, 25th of April, and have a close look at the work that is done here – and they also will work themselves, as glassblowers, precision mechanics or scientists.

Girls’ Day starts at 8.30 and ends at 14.00.
